The 2001-BT ACFT Panther C.A.T.S. System is
the LATEST Replacement
for the noise attenuating; noise canceling Head Set and all other
similar devices. The unique application of a high quality, rugged
Bluetooth™ system with the Panther C.A.T.S. System eliminates
all cabling between the pilot and the aircraft. In addition, the
headset will not interfere with eye or sun glasses and weighs
ONE AND ONE HALF OUNCES eliminating the “Over
the Head” or “Behind the Head Pressure Producing Head
Band”, not to mention the SWEAT PRODUCING EAR CUPS.
A Small Lightweight Bluetooth™ wireless Microphone/Receiver has been added and receiver audio is present in both ears. The Ear Pieces produce a Noise Reduction Rating (NRR) of up to 46 dB with custom ear pieces and up to 31 dB with the universal ear pieces. The Controller interfaces directly to most General Aviation Avionics Packages, which include Navigation, Communications, Radios and Intercoms. The BLUE TOOTH PILOT PRO is complete with an individual volume control for the wearer’s comfort. |
In addition, the Pilot Pro utilizes a Double Shielded Coil Cord with gold plated Avionics Connectors to minimize any possible interference when using it in close proximity to a hand held transceiver. System Controller’s clip attaches in a convenient location such as a pocket or window frame and the individual receiver volume control is located for easy adjustment. The ear pieces weighing only one ounce are connected to the controller with a locking connector. An adapter is also available for Helicopter use. |
